Situated in 100 acres of tranquil Essex countryside, Fennes, our beautiful Georgian manor house, is your home for the day, with exclusive use for your wedding or event guaranteed. The elegant adjoining silk-lined pavilions, with both chandeliers and state of the art starlight ceilings, are the perfect rooms for your wedding breakfast.

Features & Services

Price Range: £3,500 - £10,000

Package prices: for 60 guests and 30 additional evening guests with everything included. Venue only hire: Exclusive use of the whole estate, use of kitchens and empty bar with tables and chairs for 500 people.

Hire Price Range: £6,000 - £10,000

Guest Capacity (min / max): 25 / 700

Guests for sit down meal: 20 - 700
